Refund & cancellation policy

The digital AI Toolbox book may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Email info@modernagentlab.com from the address used at checkout and we will process the refund to the original payment method within five business days.

Resource Center subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

A first monthly payment may be refunded within 7 days if the library has not been substantially downloaded. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months remaining.

Cancel from your account page, or email info@modernagentlab.com with the subject line "Cancel subscription". We confirm every cancellation in writing within one business day.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, the statement descriptor is THE MILLER GROUP OF AZ. Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day, and we will refund any charge made in error without argument.
