Digital product & subscription terms

These terms apply to digital products, downloadable resources, online courses and subscription plans sold by Modern Agent Lab, a brand operated by William Phillip Miller / The Miller Group of AZ, through ModernAgentLab.com and its subdomains. They supplement our general Terms of Service.

When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own real estate practice. You may not resell, redistribute, share login credentials, or use the material to create a competing product or training program.

Subscription access is billed in US dollars in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Billing is handled by our payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your payment method and account email current. Failed payments may result in suspended access until the issue is resolved.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Any price change applies at your next renewal and does not affect the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page or by emailing info@modernagentlab.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are given for unused time unless required by law.

Digital products and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has begun. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued at our discretion. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

We aim to keep courses and resource libraries available for the advertised subscription term. We are not liable for temporary downtime caused by maintenance, third-party hosting issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, add or remove course materials, prompts, templates and other resources as tools, laws and best practices change. Updates are included with an active subscription unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorised access may result in termination without refund.
